1. Services
Photography services including property photography, drone services, copywriting, videography and floor planning (where applicable), and digital delivery.
2. Bookings and access
Clients must ensure properties are accessible and ready. Delays may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations within 24–48 hours may incur up to 100% fee. No-access may be charged in full.
4. Payment terms
Invoices payable within agreed terms (7 days unless otherwise stated). Late payments may incur fees.
5. Copyright & licensing
All images remain copyright of Studio Maison Media. Clients receive a non-exclusive licence for property marketing only.
6. Portfolio use
We may use images for portfolio and marketing unless requested otherwise in writing.
7. Turnaround
Standard delivery is 24–48 hours unless otherwise agreed.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, delays, or issues beyond our control.
9. Drone services
Subject to CASA regulations, weather, and airspace restrictions.
10. Client responsibilities
Clients must ensure properties are safe, accessible, and ready for photography.
